No, not when it’s planned properly. We migrate in stages, move data outside working hours and test with a small group before the full switch. Your old system stays live until the new one is proven, so email keeps flowing throughout. Most of our clients notice nothing beyond a new login screen.
Not in the way most people assume. Microsoft keeps the service running and holds deleted items for a limited period, but that isn’t a full long-term backup of your email and files. We add independent backups to every setup we manage, so a deleted mailbox or a lost folder can always be restored.
